Tillison Earns Conference Weekly Honor

SIOUX CITY, Iowa – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) has announce the Women's Soccer Players of the Week for contests played September 4-10, 2023. For the second time this season, Midland University's Hannah Tillison was named the GPAC Defensive Player of the Week while Naomi Pedroza of Hastings College earned offensive honors.

Tillison, a senior from Blanchard, Oklahoma, helped the Warriors to a 1-0-1 record this week on the road. On Monday, she picked up 6 saves as Midland earned a draw with Vanguard out in California. On Saturday, she collected 8 saves as the Warriors upset No. 18 MidAmerica Nazarene on its home pitch. The clean sheet victory was her third of the season.
