Warriors Announce Women’s Basketball 2025-26 Schedule

FREMONT, Neb. – Midland University has announced its 2025-26 women's basketball schedule, featuring a competitive slate of games that includes back-to-back non-conference tournaments to open the year and an 11-game home schedule within Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) play.

The Warriors will begin the season November 1-2 as they travel to Sioux City, Iowa, for the annual Briar Cliff Invitational. The following weekend, Midland will head to Bellevue, Nebraska, to take part in the Bellevue Classic, where they'll face Dickinson State on November 7 and the host Bruins on November 8.

Conference play gets underway the next week, marking the home debut for the Warriors inside the Wikert Event Center. Midland will host Morningside on Saturday, November 15, to begin the GPAC slate. All eleven of the Warriors' home games this season will come against league opponents.

The 2025-26 campaign will be the second under head coach Chris Burks, who looks to build on the foundation laid during his first year at the helm.
