Masuda Picks Up Weekly GPAC Award

SIOUX CITY, Iowa – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports have announced this week's tennis players of the week for March 27-April 2, 2023. Ryosei Masuda of Midland University was named the GPAC Men's Player of the Week.

Masuda, a sophomore from Hakodate, Japan, helped the Warriors to a pair of sweeps on the weekend, downing Mount Marty and Nebraska Wesleyan 7-0. Against Mount Marty, he was victorious at both No. 3 singles and doubles. He also picked up a win against the Prairie Wolves moving up to No. 2 singles
