Warriors Add Wood to 2024 Recruiting Class

FREMONT, Neb. – Midland University women's hockey head coach Jason White has announced the addition of Kennedy Wood to the Warriors' 2024 recruiting class. Wood has been a part of the Yellowhead Chiefs U18 AAA program and is from Rivers, Manitoba. During her time with the Chiefs, Kennedy has appeared in 95 games. She has 55 points (18 goals, and 37 assists) while playing in the MFMHL.

"Kennedy is a very skilled winger that has size and strength," commented Coach White. "Her ability to see and make plays will add immediate offense to our lineup. She has a high-compete level and possesses natural leadership qualities that make her a perfect fit for our program."
