Bio
Aaron Bozarth was named the head strength and conditioning coach before the 2021-22 season. He comes to Midland with over a decade of working with collegiate athletes as well as personal training.
Since taking over in his role for the Warriors, he has overseen the renovation of the main weight room, the addition of a second weight room, and the expansion of the strength department to include the majority of teams here at Midland. He has also overseen many athletic accomplishments earned by Midland athletes over his tenure, such as a men's hockey playoff appearance, a women's hockey final four appearance, a softball world series appearance, and many more.
A native Nebraskan, Coach Bozarth graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition, Exercise, and Health Sciences in 2008. While at UNL, he was a student-athlete on the men's track & field team where he competed in the hammer throw, earning regional qualification twice and winning 2 letters.
After graduating, he became an assistant strength and conditioning coach at the University of North Carolina-Wilmington, a position he held for six and a half years. While there, he worked with athletes in several sports, including women's basketball, track & field, and baseball.
Before joining the Midland staff, he returned to Nebraska, where he started Bozarth Elite & Amateur Sports Training (BEAST) in Columbus with his wife, Jeni, in 2015. In addition to his business, he was also named the strength and conditioning coach at Central Community College in Columbus in 2017.
Outside of strength and conditioning, he and his wife take care of their two children, Robbie and Petra, while also coaching youth baseball.
